Celebrating 50 Years in Chemung County

This year we celebrate our 50th anniversary. Since 1964 have been  providing safe, affordable housing to the residents of Chemung County.  We will be celebrating our anniversary throughout the year. Check back soon for more information regarding our upcoming celebrations!
