What are Our Office Hours?
Our office is located at 815 W. Broad Street, Horseheads N.Y. 14845 The office is open MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8 A.M. THRU 4:30 P.M. We are available on weekends by appointment.
Is There an Application Fee? No! We do not charge an application fee. We welcome all qualified applications.
Do you Require a Security Deposit? We do require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The deposit is due when you sign your lease.
Are Utilities Included? Most of our monthly rents INCLUDE UTILITIES, INTERNET AND CABLE. We do have properties where utilities are not included. We can go over all of the rents and what they include when you contact us
Can I Bring my Pet?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the family! Each property has its own rules as to where and what kinds of pets are allowed. Please be sure to mention your pets during your initial contact and we will be sure to try to accommodate your needs.
What are the Lease Terms?
We offer flexible lease terms. Each property has its own lease requirements.
Who Do I Call if Something Breaks?
GHC has 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance Service - Our trained staff will take care of any problem that may surface within your apartment - All you need to do is contact us and we will take it from there - We also have a preventative maintenance program in place
How Do I File a Maintenance Request?
You may file a request by either calling our office during our office hours or by completing the Maintenance Request Form at the top of our webpage. All Maintenance Requests will be addressed within 24 Hours - We also offer Emergency Maintenance Service at all of our locations.
