Staff

Helen, an employee of Gough Holding Corporation since 2004, wears many hats in her role as the General Manager.  In additional to managing and overseeing day to day operations, Helen maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.

Helen understands and appreciates the many challenges facing today's tenants and patiently works with each client individually to assist with their needs.

She currently resides in Horseheads with her husband, Brady, and their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her girls, family vacations and country music.

Michelle grew up locally in Elmira Heights and graduated from Thomas Edison High School. She received her BA in Business Management from Regents College of Albany. Prior to coming to Gough Holding Corporation in 2005, Michelle was the Manager of the local Aarons Rent to own store. In her current role as the Business Manager, Michelle is the first contact for our tenants regarding their monthly financial obligations to Gough Holding Corp.

Michelle is married and has one daughter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family at their local cottage. She also relaxes by golfing and spending time with friends. 

Jessica joined Gough Holding Corporation in the spring of 2013 as a Leasing Consultant. Born and raised in Big Flats, Jessica graduated from Horseheads High School and then attended Genesee Community College.

Prior to joining our team Jessica was a teacher at a local pre-school. She is married and currently resides in Horseheads with her husband and daughter. Jessica looks forward to helping every client find a home.

Kim joined Gough Holding in summer of 2018 as an assistant to General Manager & Accounting Manager.  Prior to coming to Gough Holding, Kim worked in medical billing for several years.   Kim is orginally from Olean, NY area and currently resides in Horseheads.  Kim has 2 daughters and 1 son.  She enjoys camping with her family, playing cards, and traveling in her free time.

Our success is directly attributed to our GREAT MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE STAFF that continually works hard to improve the apartments, buildings and the overall grounds of all our properties - Gough Holding Corporation is lucky to have such a hard working staff that constantly tends to the needs of the tenants.
