Who do I make my check payable to?
Please refer to the last page of your lease, it is stated about 3/4 of the way down. If in doubt, please contact our office @ 607-739-3838, as every property we have is different.
Do you have a drop box for rental payments?
Yes! We have 2 secured & locked drop box locations. At our main office at Broadwood Manor to the left of our main entrance door. We also have a drop box at Cherrywood Manor, the first building on the left as you enter our property is a small building with a brass drop slot on the front door.
Do you accept online payments?
Yes! We accept online payments for most of our locations, please click "Make Payment" in the upper right hand corner of our home page and it will bring you to the a secure link where you can send payments directly to us via ACH, or credit card. Please see the payment website for any applicable fees that may apply.

Is There an Application Fee?
No! We do not charge an application fee. We welcome all qualified applications.
Do you Require a Security Deposit?
We do require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The deposit is due when you sign your lease.
Are Utilities Included?
Most of our monthly rents HEAT, INTERNET AND CABLE. We do have properties where utilities are not included. We can go over all of the rents and what they include when you contact us
Can I Bring my Pet?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the family! Each property has its own rules as to where and what kinds of pets are allowed. Please be sure to mention your pets during your initial contact and we will be sure to try to accommodate your needs.
What are the Lease Terms?
Most leases are 1 year. We do offer some flexible lease terms. Each property has its own lease requirements.
Who Do I Call if Something Breaks?
GHC has 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance Service - Our trained staff will take care of any problem that may surface within your apartment - All you need to do is contact us and we will take it from there - We also have a preventative maintenance program in place
How Do I File a Maintenance Request?
You may file a request by either calling our office during our office hours or by completing the Maintenance Request Form at the top of our webpage. All Maintenance Requests will be addressed within 24 Hours - We also offer Emergency Maintenance Service at all of our locations.
